The next day we drove to an area called Stalheim, there is an overlook with incredible views. We found a spot in the sun and I set up a tri-pod hoping to get a few family pictures to choose from for a Christmas card this year. It made for a beautiful backdrop. We drove further down into the shadows and cold of the valley below until we reached the fjord--the reflection on the water was like nothing I had seen, the perfect hourglass silhouette.
