There were lots of logistical things to do in the first days we got here--registering at the tax office, getting kids signed up for Norwegian ID numbers, making sure spots were secured for school, etc. Some of these things required going into city offices in downtown Bergen. After we finished with the appointments, John had meetings for work so the kids and I made our way around the city until he was finished. To our great luck there was a big game display set up in the middle of town--various activities and Legos galore, making for a fun stop and easy way to occupy a few hours.
