My mom is so wonderful about always thinking of things our kids would enjoy doing. She is the first to send a card, write a letter or put something in a care package for those she loves. I am so grateful for that--now more than ever. It is hard being so fat away from my family and it means so much when she does things to keep us all feeling connected. She sent a bunch of fun Christmas craft things from Michaels that Ava and Karsten loved doing. Art stuff+ those two= true love. In addition to all the kids stuff she also knows to look out for me. Including in the care package a sweet troll ornament and coffee from one of the places I miss the most. Thanks, Nana!
