I love to make things and I love to "pin" things to make on Pinterest. I do a lot more pinning than making, but this year for teacher gifts I thought I would try and make something homemade to give. I found a yummy recipe for Vanilla Sugared Almonds and wanted to try this ceramic trick that I had seen where you write on a cup or in this case a bowl with a permanent marker and then bake it in the oven to set the ink. I bought a bunch of white bowls, decided to do Snowmen and filled them with nuts and other goodies. Despite a lack of materials and no Hobby Lobby or Michaels here in Norway, I am still able to be crafty.
