We go out to eat in Norway hardly ever-- in part due to lack of choices, but mostly because it is so extremely expensive here. I don't miss it as much as I thought I would. We ate out far too often in Atlanta, it was easy to just grab something, run through the Chic-fil-a drivethrough or frequent Mellow Mushroom all too often. I enjoy cooking for our family and I find I do a lot more baking here. There is something so comforting about warm, fresh bread coming out of the oven. The whole low carb thing doesn't apply here, but then again, it never really applied to me...I could live on bread alone.
