And so...we listed the house. I decided I would try and do for sale by owner. In the time that we lost the renter and decided to list, there was a shift in the market, seems there was not enough inventory to support the demand. It was my hope that our house was in good condition, we were asking a low price and perhaps it would be appealing. I figured I could pay to list in on MLS, make some marketing material and have someone take professional pictures. Those turned out incredible, our house has never been so clean nor looked so good.
