At the time of Karsten's birthday in February, John had already left for Norway and Karsten insisted that I not make his "fancy" cake without Pappa. So we waited for John to return and had a belated birthday/welcome home cake when he arrived, Super Mario Brothers themed. Cause nothing says welcome back like Mario with a mushroom and Norwegian flag (all requests by Karsten)
