Walking the Beach Before Dinner

After the wedding we headed down the road and checked into Tradewinds Resort for the remainder of our trip. It was a better hotel for us, more family friendly and it cost significantly less than the Don Cesar once the wedding rate was gone. The kids loved being right on the beach--we were in the sand or water everyday. We loved the convenience of walking out of your hotel room and having access to pools, the beach, chairs, umbrellas, drinks, lunch--everything you need. Staying at a resort definitely has it's perks, no hauling all your stuff to the beach of the day and when you're tired you just walk back to your hotel--it was perfect. On this particular evening we walked around on the beach prior to meeting up with the Bonsers for dinner. I love the way the water and sand look prior to sunset.
