In an attempt to give the children opportunities to get to know one another prior to the start of school, one of the parents organized a handful of outing and meetings throughout the Spring to get the kids from various barnehages together before starting First grade in August. It was a great way to settle nerves, make friends (both for students and parents) and in this case, an opportunity to eat polse! Because we just don't have enough of those.
