On August 18th Ava started 3rd grade and Karsten started 1st grade. What a difference a year makes! I cannot believe how quickly time has passed this year-- it feels like we were just moving here and the kids were off to Norwegian school for the first time. And now, here we are one year later and they are completely different kids! Speaking another language essentially fluently, totally adjusted and ready to take on another year. We are so proud of these two and hope the upcoming year will be filled with laughter, learning and a lot of fun!
