Thank goodness for technology and being able to find people's whereabouts via Face Book. As we made our way across Sweden, a friend of mine that I went to college with almost 20 years ago, saw that we were in Sweden and suggested we stop by there summer house on the island of Bohus on our way back to Norway. It was SO fun seeing Lena again after all these years. She also has two kids, a boy and a baby girl. Karsten and Gustav got along great, Ava loved baby Stella and the parents had fun connecting. What and unexpected and wonderful side trip! Hoping we can see one another more often.
