The weekend of Father's Day we decided to plan a spontaneous beach trip and headed to Hilton Head Island for a few days. The drive is about 5+ hours from ATL, so we loaded up the car and headed out on Friday morning. When we arrived at the hotel we still had plenty of time to swim in the pool and head to the beach before cleaning up for dinner and an early night in.
