We have been so fortunate to inherit boxes upon boxes of clothes from our cousin Eden. Ava is always asking me, "did you buy me this--or is it Eden's?" I often feel like I have to assure her that we do in fact have things that weren't previously owned by Eden. On this particular day Ava was wearing one of my favorite outfits that we did bring back from the Colorado Closet. Eden wore this the day after John and my wedding and now our little girl looks cute in it five years later. Thank goodness for hand-me-downs and for Gap classics that don't go out of style.

Isn't it nice that Ava can wear some of Eden's outgrown clothes? That's a help with the cost of children's clothes and how quickly things are outgrown.
