There were many attempts to get a "decent" family photo while we were all dolled up for the wedding. Unfortunately Ava is at an age that she does not like to be held against her will for photos--we are much better off to take candids. Karsten being much more compliant is in the majority of our pictures. Plus he is so darn cute!

Well at least you have one family picture from the wedding where Ava wasn't "protesting" when you held her. As you said, for the time being, you just have to settle for candid pictures.
