Ava & Karsten both look very patriotic in their red-white-&blue. Glad that Ava enjoyed the parade. It was really nice to have that time together in Chicago, and all the family was so happy to see your children (& their parents, too). (Even though Ava is so "independent" now, and doesn't like to be hugged or held. I'm glad that Karsten still likes to be cuddled!)

Karsten looks very 'Proud to be an American, where at least he knows he's free!' on the patriot blanket. Such a cute muffin.
