Karsten continues to be the best newborn baby we could have asked for. At night he wakes up once and during the day he either rests or just hangs out, content as can be. He is a lovely child and although he has only been with us for two short weeks, I can't imagine our lives without him. Ava is also really taking a liking to him- she wants to help as much as she can and is always asking about the baby. My only concern, which I think is true with most older siblings, is that she will love on him too much. She tends to forget to be gentle and likes to squeeze his face. So we'll keep a careful eye on how much she smothers him and continue to encourage her to love her baby brother.
