After we moved hotels on Thursday, we had the evening to go out and see the sites before heading to Magic Kingdom the following day. Unfortunately the afternoons and evenings were often filled with rain storms (sometimes torrential). We decided that even in rain, we wouldn't melt so we loaded up the stroller, put on our ponchos and walked to Downtown Disney. Lots of restaurants, lots of places to shop, more of an area for grown ups; but fun none the less. My pictures didn't turn out great that night, foggy/rainy lens. Karsten was tired and wet and slept most of the time, Ava was thrilled to see statues of Princesses and toys galore. Little did she know the "real" thing the next day would be even better!

Like being in Norway, right...lots of rain, so you go out in spite of the weather!

Ava looks positively enthralled! Karsten, less than excited, but good that he could sleep, that was what he needed. Did you have to buy the ponchos at Disney, or did you come prepared? :)
