Best spot for viewing fireworks
After the Princess Dinner we spent the evening walking around Epcot in the drizzle and enjoyed seeing all the different countries. This is the only place you can get to Norway via Mexico. We didn't do many of the exhibits, but did enjoy the scenery and all the people. Ava was especially interested in Germany and the little village that is set up complete with babbling brook and train running through it. It made me reminiscent of my time spent in Germany and gave my an itch to travel Europe again soon. We stayed at the park until dark, waiting for the Grand Finale--which was an impressive light show in the center of the water, complete with music, fireballs,and fireworks!

Epcot looks like pretty authentic reproductions of Norway & Germany. I guess Disney should be able to pull that off! I think you packed a lot of excitement and special memories into the short time you were there. Much longer probably would have worn everyone out too much!
