Ava Loses Her First Tooth!

The end of February Ava's bottom tooth was hanging by a thread, one night while eating pizza at Mellow Mushroom, I was sure it was coming out--but did not.  After dinner, we walked next door for frozen yogurt at Yogli Mogli and it was there that she literally lost her first tooth.  Ava went in the bathroom and pulled out and came running out with SO much excitement, ready to show us...as she ran toward me, I saw the tooth fly out of her hand.  After several minutes and with lots of help, we never found the tooth.  We left and hoped it wouldn't be found in toppings or someone's frozen yogurt.  She wrote the Tooth Fairy the following letter:

The good news is that the Tooth Fairy did leave two golden dollars and seemed to understand about the missing tooth. I got a call the next day from the yogurt shop that the tooth had been found.

This was so funny, and Ava will always remember that story. Glad the tooth fairy was so accomodating.

Love,
Mom/Nana
