Heading to Tennessee
Writing this from the car(mobile Blogger app on my phone)as we head out for a weekend road trip. Picked up the kids from school and now we are on our way to TN. Looking forward to some Fun Family Fall Frolicking! It will be nice to simply get out of town and have some uninterrupted time together. Would love if this were a weekly or bi-monthly occurrence. It's our dream that someday, perhaps in the not so distant future, we will have a small cabin in the mountains where we can go to escape.

Så koselig med familieutflukter,nå håper jeg dere har fått kost dere masse sammen gleder meg til å se bildene. Håper at drømmen går snart i oppfyllelse og vi kan se bilder av dere på familiehytten.
Hope you had an enjoyable & relaxing weekend in Tenn.! So now Karsten is John's concert companion? Were you & Ava invited to join them? I was amused when you wrote it would be "nice to get out of town"...your family has done quite a bit of traveling this year, don't you agree? (Fla. in May, Disney World in Sept., coming to CO. in Nov. plus both of you traveling for business!). I would think you would be ready for some time to relax at home :)
