Fall Foliage

The trees in our neighborhood have been amazing these past few weeks--unfortunately I think the peak of color has passed and I didn't get out to get pictures in time. We went to the park down the street this afternoon to take a few, Ava was happy to just play in the leaves and stomp around. I love this time of year-- Autumn is by far my favorite season, the colors, the crispness in the air, the desire to bake pumpkin bread and drink hot apple cider all day. What else could you ask for? Next week we leave for CO for Thanksgiving, they are of course expecting a snowstorm the day before we arrive, welcome winter!
