My sister, Missie and her three kids-Ben, Noah, and Eden came and visited us this past week for their Spring Break. We had a great time together and appreciated them making the trip across country to see where we live. For obvious reasons, it is easier for the Osteigs to travel with only three people to visit the place where everyone else in my family lives. It's nice when it goes the other direction-and we are able to share our home and our new life in Atlanta. We spent the week visiting sites and doing things that John and I had yet to do ourselves. Doesn't it always work that way...you typically don't do any of the "touristy" things in your town, until you have tourist visiting who want to see those things? It ended up being a rather aquatic themed week. It seems that the bulk of our time was surrounded with water. Whether it was running through the sprinkler on what felt like a summer's day, a visit to the aquarium, or multiple days in the pool. Ava loved being with her cousins and auntie and we now miss them.
