On February 22 Karsten turned 6 years old. Time passes so quickly--every year, I can't believe how quickly our kids are growing up. Karsten is this strong, athletic, creative, and funny kids. No longer my chubby cheeked little boy. He is compassionate and caring in a way that I have never seen. We always say he has a heart of gold and it is true. He is faithful, bold, and of incredible character. We know that he is destined for great things and cannot wait to watch the future unfold for him
On this birthday, we were fortunate to have Uncle Asbjorn visiting from Florida and had a family party the afternoon of his actual birthday. It was so nice to have a family meal and celebrate with Tante Svanhild, Asbjorn, Farmor, and his cousin Mathias.
