In February we celebrated Karsten's birthday with 13 of his classmates--all the boys. It is customary in Norway to invite either the whole class, or at least all of the children of the same gender as the birthday child, as to not have anyone feel left out. In theory, this is heartfelt gesture. In practicality, it makes for a lot of kids at any given party--and also make for a lot of parties to attend throughout the year.
Karsten continues to be fascinated with all things construction, building, and problem solving. Especially liking Lego--and so, a Lego party it was. Some how I lost the memory card that had many of the pics during the party. :( These I had from my phone. Guess we will have to remember the rest in our minds.
