Karsten recently was invited to his first birthday party. Ava was also invited and was thrilled to attend our friend, Saxton's 1st birthday. She practiced singing Happy Birthday the whole week leading up to the event. The party was at Gymboree-- we have switched from the 'gym' class we used to attend there, to a music class. So both kids were happy to be back on all the equipment and playing with bubbles and parachutes. It was a fun party and the goodie bags were a big hit in our household.

Sounds like Ava & Karsten both enjoyed the birthday party. Karsten is getting more hair now - he doesn't look bald anymore :)...and Ava looks like her Pappa, but she imitates Mamma's smile, showing all her teeth. They both are so cute! We can't wait to see them soon!
