In September the kids and I traveled to Colorado to visit family, spend the week at my parent's condo in Vail, and help my dad celebrate his 70th birthday. Unfortunately, John was not able to come with us. He was in the midst of a big project for work and had to stay home to see that through. And so, with just the three of us in tow we headed from ATL--and enjoyed a glorious week of Fall colors, good food and lots of laughs.

| With high elevation and good sun, even 50 and 60 degrees felt warm enough for a swim. |

Spending a week in Vail during the fall colors is perfect -- especially when the weather is so nice. A good time was had by all! It was so much fun to have you there with us! So glad too that Missie & Eden, and Phil & Traci & Isobel could be there also.
Love,
Mom/Nana
