Planting a Garden

This year we tried the square foot method gardening in raised beds-- the kids had fun prepping and planting.  We planted zucchini, peas, beans, peppers, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and various herbs.  The Spring and early part of summer brought good rains and not too much heat--the garden FLOURISHED and those pictures are to follow.  So fun growing your own food!
