She came several days past her due date, but finally arrived the weekend before Thanksgiving. We were all SO excited to meet her. It was really wonderful to hold a brand new baby, you forget just how tiny and precious they are. Ava and Karsten LOVED holding their baby cousin, you could tell just how proud and smitten they were with her. We are sad that we live so far away and won't get a chance to see her with more frequency. Seeing pictures my brother has posted since our visit, she has already changed so much. We are grateful for the time we do get to see her and will enjoy technology that allows us to stay in touch across the distance.

Such a special blessing to have baby Isobel join our family! So happy that you all got to meet her when you were here1 Hope you'll come back again sometime this year. She will have changed a lot by next time you see her.
