Beach Vacation to Jekyll Island

We returned this week from a little get away to Jekyll Island, which is about five and a half hours south east of here, beyond the Savannah coast. I had a conference to work for my job, so we took advantage of the "company paid for" hotel and went down a few days early to play on the beach and enjoy some family time. The two days I had to work, John and Ava spent swimming, taking long walks, catching up on naps (more so for John), and just having some special time together. It is a historical club/area that was known for a vacation spot of the social elite, such as the Rockefellers, back in its day. The "cottages" on the island are more like mansions. In the late 1940s the state of Georgia purchased the entire island for 1 million dollars and it has since been open to the public. It was a lovely area, filled with history, old buildings of the South, big trees, and warm waters. Ava spent much of her time in the pool, but did enjoy time on the beach, her first tastes of sand-blah, as well as a swim in the ocean.

Tell John to wear sunscreen because my shoulders are hurting just looking at his.
How did a hispanic woman like yourself have such a caucasian child?
I envy your beautiful tan and Ava's bikini body.
