Little Leopard

Our Aunt Ginny and family gave Ava some great things from Hannah Anderson back in October-and now she is able to wear them! These leopard pjs are a big hit. When we show Ava how she looks in the little Scandinavian hat that came with them, she laughs hysterically at herself in the mirror! She is so darn cute with those ears poking up.
We went for her 6 month checkup yesterday and are glad to report that she is healthy and developmentally above where she should be at this point. As we have always thought, the doctor confirmed her above average and exceptionally gifted status. :) As far as growth-she is starting to plateau in that department, although still ranking in the 90th+ percentile for height and weight, she has begun to slim down since becoming more active and mobile. Here's hoping the same will be true for her Mamma-as Spring makes it’s debut and with warmer weather we find ourselves out on the local greenway walking and exercising with more frequency.
